EaseBill Global - Terms & Conditions
The rules for using the EaseBill Global ISP billing and network automation platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you act for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Service Description
EaseBill Global provides an all-in-one billing and automation platform for ISPs, including:
- TR-069 device management
- PPPoE/Hotspot automation
- Static IP provisioning
- MikroTik RouterOS integration
- Usage tracking and reporting
3. Account Registration
- Provide accurate business information
- Keep login credentials confidential
- Report any unauthorized access immediately
4. Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
- Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest
- 30-day notice required for service cancellation
5. Data Management
- ISPs retain ownership of subscriber data
- EaseBill acts as a data processor under GDPR/CCPA
- Regular backups with RPO under 24 hours
6. Service Level Agreement
- 99.5% monthly uptime target
- 24/7 emergency support for critical issues
- Standard support response under 4 business hours
7. Prohibited Activities
- Reselling the Service without written consent
- Reverse engineering or tampering with the platform
- Using the Service for illegal activities
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for ISP-side configuration errors, third-party network outages, or force majeure events.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified, and continued use after changes means acceptance.
